I did a whole lot this year. To be honest, I probably did too much. Since 2020 was not what any of wanted it to be, I hit 2021 hard. Really hard. It all started in April when I headed to Boston for a chilly Red Sox feature and then culminated with one last trip to Vegas for some college basketball. I wanted to share with you some of the highlights that this year had to offer!

Boston with Kailee of The Sports Passport

The travel series kicked off with a bang. Kailee and I finally got together and it was a weekend much needed. Kailee took me on her own personal Tour de Boston with a Red Sox game smashed in there. We had every intention of hitting up a Celtics game while I was in town, but that turned into drinks at a bar instead. We had some catching up to do – in person! I did another Boston blog post for you all, so you can checkout my Back to Fenway blog post, here.

First Taste of KC

The Glamour Fanatic and I did a whole lot this year. Kansas City, Nashville and Vegas. It was wild! Our trip to Kansas City was most memorable as we got to hit up the Negro Leagues Museum in addition to a Royals game. I will need to get back to KC as I definitely need to get to a Chiefs game, but there was still much to do. Make sure you check out my KC blog post here.

Baseball Lifestyle Offices

I got to interview Anthony De Lucia of Lucia Footwear while I was in NY and we chatted all things design and inspiration. Of course we talked Aaron Judge’s cleats. Because, duh. If you missed that interview, check it out here.

Mets/Yankees with The Sports Girl

There’s something about meeting up with your Instagram family that makes this whole blogging world that much more fun. In September I got to meet up with Rhonda of The Sports Girl at the Subway Series in Queens. Baseball is always better with a friend. I couldn’t believe I never did a blog post for the Mets in the past, but I finally did one, here. No, I don’t have one for the Yankees…I can’t believe it either. 2022, everyone…2022….

Wrigley Rooftops with Friends

I have been to Wrigley once before, but doing Wrigley with the ladies of Dresses and Salted Pretzels at one of the rooftops was an experience I could re-live anytime. If you are wondering what that experience was like, check out my Wrigley Rooftops blog post. I don’t think I will ever want to do Wrigley any differently.

An OU/TX to Remember

I almost decided to cancel this Dallas trip, after running like crazy all through September, but I was like, listen. I haven’t been to OU/TX since I was an undergrad and it is an experience like no other. HONEY! This was an OU win I will never forget. I think Hannah thought I was some sort of mad woman how crazy I got during the game, but that’s what the State Fair of Texas does to you. OU/TX officially made it’s way on to my yearly travel to-do list. I already have a few people who want to get in on the action; however, I’m not sure they are truly ready for it. On my to do list for 2022, I will still create my gameday guides but also, create must haves and lists of do’s and don’ts for some events. OU/TX is definitely on that list.

*Also, can I just add that Jess and I got to hang out and catch up while I was in Dallas this time?*

It was wild going through all of the trips but if you remember my month of September, I went from Chicago, to New York, to Oklahoma. That was wild. It was liberating. It was my dream. A new location every weekend. You see, sometimes you don’t realize you are living your dream while you are rushing through life. Time to slow down and really experience it all in the new year. I can’t wait
