Whew! I was living my best life all of September, at one point I thought I was a full time travel blogger. I will say I loved being gone every weekend seeing new cities and being that girl at the game. If you missed out on the crazy, I went to Chicago, New York, and Oklahoma for Cubs vs. Pirates, Northwestern vs ______, Yankees vs. Mets (9/11 weekend), and Oklahoma vs Nebraska. When I tell you by the time I was done, I was exhausted! Let’s not forget that I am still a full-time teacher, teaching Journalism from 7:30 am – 3:00 pm. *sleep does not exist*

Anyway, I wanted to update you on a few things.

Gameday Guide: It’s coming. I swear. I’ve had to whittle it down a bit because I got a little carried away. Instead of this being one big e-book, I plan to release one a season. I have finalized the items going in for this round and once everything is approved and ready to go, I will share it with you hear on thesportsbrat.com.

Travel: Things are picking up. I have two plus locations scheduled a month through January. I am really excited about this because I have three brand spanking new cities (new to the blog at least) that I will be hitting up. Also! Guess what!? College basketball is coming to the blog! This I’m super ready for. I know I’ve said “super excited” and “super ready” so many times throughout this update it’s ridiculous but I promise, you won’t wanna miss a thing.

In addition to the travel section getting a lot of action, I am adding a new travel division – Off Season Destinations. This will cover non-sports travel for when you don’t wanna go to the game and for those moments of just fun and relaxation.

Can you believe we’re to October?! Holy moly, next thing you know we’ll be talking about Bowl games and Super Bowl. Eep! The year is almost over! Hope you all have a great month! 🙂
