My 2023 Sports Travel Bucket List is here! It’s not too long because I have kind of done everything that I was really wanting to get cranked out. Other than obvious bucket list items like the Super Bowl, Olympics, X Games, etc, there are a few matchups and events that I have my eye on this season. Here’s what’s on the 2023 Sports Travel Bucket List.

  1. Oklahoma Football Spring Game – Kyler Murray’s Heisman statue will be unveiled so I definitely need to get there.
  2. NCAA Tournaments – I may not have to travel too far for this one as Houston is the tournament site for the Final Four however that will clash with my next bucket list item.
  3. New York Yankees Opening Weekend – Last year I got to celebrate Opening Day with the Los Angeles Angels and I kind of would like to keep that tradition going. Why not keep it going with the team that gives me every emotion in one season?!
  4. Ohio State Football Home Game – The last two football seasons Columbus, Ohio has been on my to do list and it hasn’t come to fruition. I really would like to get back to Columbus this year and then maybe up to Cincinnati in the same weekend? Hmmm that sounds like fun.
  5. LA Rams – If Baker stays, that is. So this one is in the Maybe column.
  6. OU/TX – This one’s a no brainer

Short list right? You’ll notice that the 2023 Sports Travel Bucket List isn’t as long and over the top as years past but that’s because I’m keeping it pretty light this year. Last year, we busted out A LOT. WCWS, Men’s CWS, Yankees/Cubs, OU/TX, and more. Also keep in mind that this year we’re keeping a healthy balance of sports travel and gameday hosting and prep. Where do you want to see TSB go this year? Sound off in the comments or send me a DM on the gram
