A couple of weeks ago I had a hankering for some green bean casserole and I got to thinking…how can we make Thanksgiving favorites, tailgate-appropriate? \u00a0Well, you eliminate the need for utensils (no offense forks). \u00a0So I went ahead and turned this classic dish into \u00a0crowd-pleasing and tailgate-friendly bites!<\/p>\n

Mini Green Bean Casseroles<\/p><\/div>\n

Ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

• 2 cans of cut green beans, drained<\/li>\n
• 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n
• 1 1\/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese<\/li>\n
• 1 can French’s fried onions (about 1 1\/3 cups)<\/li>\n
• 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Preparation:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Heat the oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/li>\n
  2. Grease\u00a016\u00a0(2 1\/2-inch) mini muffin-pan cups.<\/li>\n
  3. Stir the green beans, soup, milk,\u00a01 cup\u00a0cheese and\u00a02\/3 cup fried onions in a large bowl.<\/li>\n
  4. Roll\u00a0each\u00a0biscuit into a 4-inch circle.<\/li>\n
  5. Press the biscuit circles into the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin-pan cups, creating a little bowl.<\/li>\n
  6. Divide the green bean mixture among the biscuit cups.<\/li>\n
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuit cups\u00a0are golden brown and remove from oven.<\/li>\n
  8. Stir the remaining cheese and onions in a small bowl and sprinkle over the green bean cups.<\/li>\n
  9. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.<\/li>\n
  10. Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
