Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers<\/p><\/div>\n

Side Note: serving them on this adorable football field platter<\/a> is perfect for game day. Double side note: it’s under $20 and dishwasher safe!!! Whoo hoo!<\/p>\n

Ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• 1 lb. chicken breasts<\/li>\n
• 1 medium onion, chopped<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. dried parsley<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. dried dill<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. died chives<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. onion powder<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. pepper<\/li>\n
• 4 bell peppers<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup Frands Red Hot sauce<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 cup butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  1. Place chicken, onion, spices, hot sauce and butter in a crock pot on low for 8 hours (you can speed this up if you need it sooner by upping the heat).<\/li>\n
  2. Once it’s done cooking, shred the chicken.<\/li>\n
  3. Preheat oven to 350.<\/li>\n
  4. Cut the tops off of the peppers and clean out the insides.<\/li>\n
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the peppers for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n
  6. Transfer the peppers to a baking sheet and stuff with chicken.<\/li>\n
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.<\/li>\n
  8. Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     *Tip: You can top with cheese of your choice if you’d like.<\/p>\n
