Citi Field. I can’t believe I’m just getting around to doing a Mets gameday guide. This was my third trip to Citi Field and well, here we are. It was also brought to my attention that I’ve yet to do one for the Bronx. Obviously I’ve been slacking. I’ll either get to Yankee Stadium later on this off season, or I’ll make it first on next season’s to do list. Anyway, let’s get to Flushing, shall we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most recently I went to Citi Field and caught the September 10 matchup of the Subway Series. Unfortunately, my team got demolished. Like obliterated. It was embarrassing. But Aaron Judge was in front of me the whole time (which usually when I have seats in the outfield, he’s either on a rest day, or DHing, so the awful loss made it bearable). If you are new to my baseball travels, I love to sit in the outfield. I don’t know what it is, but I like seeing the ballpark from the outfield view. Right field to be exact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
