After a long day at the ballpark, or a long day in general, wind down with Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District. It’s the perfect location to have you right in the middle of it all in downtown New York City. If you’ve ever wanted to take a picture with the famous Bull at Wall Street, you’re just a block a way. One World Trade and 9/11 Memorial? You’re a block away. With the N, W and 1 trains right outside your door step, you can get anywhere you want to in the city when you stay at Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District. Here is how I wind down with the amenities that Hotel Indigo has to offer.
Snack Bar
After coming in I always would grab a snack. The snack bar in the lobby has all the snacks you could want including ice cream, and even frozen pizza you can cook in your room. Grab yourself a snack there or if you get back in time, head to the lounge and have an evening bite to eat and drinks. If you miss the dinner hours, don’t miss out on breakfast in the morning. It is very delicious and filling. I had the Dutch Breakfast and I could have easily split it with someone else.
Half Moon
Like I previously said about Half Moon, you can get a great breakfast every day right downstairs. Although Half Moon is not included with your stay, its location convenience makes grabbing a bite to eat post game or in the morning easy for your game day stay.
Zenology Body Care Products
Hotel Indigo always has the best shower. The Zenology Body Care products are so luxurious. I may or may not have ordered myself some for my own shower. If you’re like me and a high maintenance person who likes to have a good shower when you travel, make Hotel Indigo your only stop when making travel plans.
Stream and Relax
Last step of my wind down includes streaming my favorites on the tv and kicking back with all the snacks. I love that Hotel Indigo locations give you the ability to cast directly from your phone your favorite streaming platforms so you can continue binge watching your favorites.
A few other things to know about Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District:
Pet friendly: Willie will be returning with me in the future.
The 1, 6, N, W trains are in the area – right across the street!
The Freedom Tower and 9/11 Memorial and Museum and Oculus are also a quick three minute walk!
As you know, this is the third Hotel Indigo I’ve stayed in. I’ve previously visited El Paso Downtown and Omaha Downtown. Clearly, I have a hotel type. Have you stayed at any other Hotel Indigos? Which location have you stayed? Ready to stay in New York City? Click here to book your stay today!
