Ok I just wanted to give you all another option for any Derby parties in case you’re headed to one. I know I blog about all things game day but trust me, this dress is so flattering and is perfect for any wedding, brunch, shower, etc. as well. But in case you need several reasons to add this pretty lady to your closet, I wanted to kick off the post with a list of sporting events where people dress up:
- Horse Racing – Not all races, but most opening days and stakes races are the perfect opportunity to dress up.
- Tennis- For example, at Wimbleon there are dress codes in some sections.

Now lets talk about those shoes and that bag! Both are such classics, the heels especially. Plus, I know they’re high but they’re actually comfortable! Shop them here. Also, fun fact, that’s the Roman numeral “6” on my foot. It’s always been my favorite number and it was my soccer number. It’s often hidden but you can see it peeking out in these shoes.
The bag is one of my favorite things right now. I know its yellow but I wear it with everything! You’d be surprised how versatile it is. But its does come in other colors if this isn’t your jam.
