It’s June. The temps are starting to heat up (Houston, it is HOT, y’all!) and if you’re anything like me you need something to cool down with. I got the idea of a rosé cocktail from my friend Lauren of Toast From The Host. If you don’t follow her already on Instagram, you need to now, and also check out her website. This quick drink is perfect or tailgating, or having a backyard barbecue.

Ingredients

Kelvin Frose Slush Mix

1 Bottle Rosé of your choice

Ice – if you want to make a slush, but not required!

Sliced Strawberries – optional

**You can also add vodka if you dare.

This recipe will make a very large batch. Blend all liquid ingredients and ice. Add sliced fruit if you prefer. Serve in drink pouch.

This rose cocktail will be my new tailgating staple. It’s like an adult capri sun! Who used to drink those when they were kids? I’m thinking a beer slush needs to happen this summer as well. What are your thoughts? Let me know!
