Wearing white after Labor Day has often been considered taboo, but imagine the horror of wearing white to a game…ketchup, mustard and bud light oh my!  Well on the contrary, I think wearing white is the perfect backdrop to some fun, team-themed accessories.  Just be mind full of your neighbors.  If you’re headed to a watch party for MNF, this game day white look would be perfect with your team additions.

Comfy shoes, layers, jeans and a clear bag; check, check, check and check.  All the ingredients for a killer game day look.  Let’s break it down.  I just got these new jeans and booties and know I will live in them all fall.  I just found this sweater on major sale here.

My favorite part about the booties (aside from how cute they are) is that they’re so comfortable.  Being able to slip them off and on is also nice, especially since its still so warm here in Texas.

I am not an earring gal but my friend Stephy has changed my ways!  As she always says, “no naked lobes.”  These are from her collection and they come in a bunch of colors.  Earrings are the easiest (and most noncommittal) way to tie in your team colors to a normal outfit on game day.  Yes, these are pink but I wasn’t actually headed to a game, I had Sports Brat branding on my mind. Shop her earrings here at McCauley + Luck.

The last layer to this look is the perfect clear bag.  I am obsessed with everything from Cotton and Confetti.  They have team theme ones, but if you don’t see yours they will customize them for you.  PERFECTION.  Even the bf said this is a good looking bag.

That sums up my game day white look and even if you repurpose pieces in your closet that you already have, hopefully you’ll see that white is a great base for game day, even after Labor Day.  There are no rules anymore.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
