While everyone is running around shopping for Christmas presents, I thought I would share with you all the best items I ever purchased. These are high ticket items, however I have zero buyers remorse. Matter of fact, these items are regular staple in my everyday life. If you’re looking for a great gift for a loved one or friend this holiday season, and don’t have a budget keep reading.
Peloton
The Peloton community is huge. I’ve talked about Peloton more times than I’d like to admit, but the Peloton is one of my favorite items. No buyer’s remorse here. I love that I have saved money on spin classes that can cost $30 dollars a class, and have the convenience of working out at home. I have the original bike and wouldn’t change it for the world. If you’ve been eyeing a Peloton, now is the time to get one. I honestly have been thinking about adding the Peloton Tread to my collection, but I honestly have nowhere to put it, so not sure that is in the cards for me.
Nespresso
The one machine that has single handedly reigned in my Starbucks habit – the Nespresso. Remember when I talked about my spending habits in the first edition of The Money Series? Well, I had to buckle down because in October I came to the realization that I spend close to $200 on Starbucks in a 5-week period. Yes. You read that correctly. I pulled the trigger and ordered a $189 coffee machine and instantly saved what I would have spent in coffee. I’ve had three Starbucks coffees in the two months I’ve had a Nespresso. If you love coffee, this would also make for a great gift for yourself. I have the Vertuo Plus with the frother. PS: It’s currently on sale for $151!
Apple Airpods Pro
Who doesn’t need a pair of good headphones? As a former Beats by Dre junkie, I bought my Pros two years ago and I love the sound. I LOVED my Beats. I had two pairs of the Studio Pros, and the wireless. To get me to convert to the Airpods was a feat, but I am glad I did. Honestly, I think this debate is a matter of preference. If you have an Apple product junkie in your life, and need a nice stocking stuffer, grab a pair of Airpods this holiday season.
Louis Vuitton Neverfull
I’m not one to push a handbag as a necessity, but I purchased a Neverfull back in 2010 and it’s easily the best bag I have ever purchased. This bag goes everywhere with me. It travels, it goes to work, it goes – everywhere! I have the largest size (Neverfull GM), however there are a range of sizes from PM to GM. If you know someone who is wanting a great tote, this is the one to have. It’s been over ten years, and my baby is still holding strong. I pack her to the brim full of stuff. Eventually I would like to add the PM to my collection.
I know these are high-ticket items, however, these are items that are used and have been used for years in my life except the Nespresso. That bad boy is gonna get allllll the use. Happy shopping this holiday season!
