Philadelphia 76ers Game Day Guide is here! We haven’t had a game day guide in a minute! I don’t think we had one in 2025 at all. Last year I wanted to get some new locations on the blog and we managed to squeak one out at the close of the year. I made it to Philadelphia to be with family for Christmas adn while there we got to 76ers games in the schedule. I literally got off the plane and took a little nap – or at least tried to, but was summoned to play video games – and then went straight to Xfinity Mobile Arena. What I liked about the location of the arena was every Philly team is right there. The Eagles and Phillies make a little triangle with the 76ers and Flyers. Overall, I will be back during that perfect timing when I can maybe get hockey and football or baseball and basketball all in there together. Y’all remember when I did hockey, basketball, and football in Dallas way back when? Let’s see if we can do that again in 2026. Until then, here is everything we did in Philadelphia.

Franklin Institute:

The Franklin Institute is an interactive museum that is fun for children of all ages and adults, too. We spent a lot of time in the sports area. If you saw my Instagram reel of me tweaking my knee, then you know I must give it a warning label. Rather, if you are of a certain age, make sure you warm up before participating in any activity. I was dangerously close to race day when this all went down, but don’t worry, I’m okay. Franklin Institute could easily be a half-day or all-day activity, if you do all of the experiences. Pricing is $29 for adults 18+ and children 3-12 cost $23. Teens 13-17 are $25.

Reading Terminal Market

If you are a foodie or just love a good food experience, this is a place for you. I highly suggest you check out my IG reel on Reading Terminal Market – I barely made a dent in that place. There is just booth after booth. My sweet tooth got all it could handle at Sweet as Fudge, and we were able to pick up our Christmas dinner here as well. Make sure you get here on your Philadelphia game day trip.

76ers Game Day

I’m so excited that I got to check off another game day city and check out the 76ers for a couple of games. My experience was a bit different, as I was a player guest, but I did venture into the main concourse to try out Chickie and Pete’s. I would say that the chicken tenders were nothing to write home about, but if I were to go again, I would just get the fries. Those fries were absolutely to die for. I’m trying to come up with my own seasoning to give it the same flavor.

Sky Zone

We ventured into New Jersey to go to Sky Zone. Again, we had two littles with us and needed to keep them active and entertained. No, I did not do any jumping. After the previous incident, I was trying to keep myself in a bubble.

Let me know if you want me to recap restaurants on the ‘gram. I purposely didn’t include them here, as we mainly ate at home when possible, or at the arena in the family room. It felt good to get back into live game day activity. I can’t wait to do more basketball in 2026.
